Postura is a free, web-based ergonomic workspace assessment tool that:

• Provides a 50-question assessment across 6 categories
• Calculates a Workspace Risk Exposure Index (WREI) score
• Generates personalized ergonomic recommendations
• Offers downloadable PDF reports
• Suggests ergonomic products from our partners

3. User Accounts and Access

3.1 Email Verification

To access the assessment, you must provide a valid email address and verify it using a one-time code. This is required to:

• Ensure secure access to your assessment history
• Enable report delivery and sharing features
• Prevent abuse of our service

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your verification codes
• All activities that occur under your session

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service

All content on Postura, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, assessments, and software, is the property of Inscape Services s.à r.l. and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of the data you provide (assessment responses). By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process this data to deliver the service.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of results

Always consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical conditions related to ergonomics, such as repetitive strain injuries, back pain, or other musculoskeletal disorders.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Inscape Services s.à r.l. shall not be liable for:

Our service may recommend ergonomic products from partner brands. These recommendations are:

• Not endorsements of specific products

We may receive compensation for referrals to partner products. This does not affect your assessment results or recommendations.
